Figularia tenuicosta (MacGillivray, 1895)

Figularia tenuicosta occurs in the Miocene of southeastern Australia, with a similar form recorded from New Zealand (Weka Pass) by Brown (1952).

Original description: Membraniporella tenuicosta MacGillivray, 1895.
Locality: Muddy Creek (Victoria, Australia).
Type Specimen: MOV P14636
