Several species identified as Myriozoum are unrecognisable at present: Myriozoum clavatum Meneghini in De Amicis, 1885 ; Myriozoum fervens De Gregorio, 1890, and Myriozoum propepunctatum De Gregorio, 1890.
Myriapora gracilis Michelin, 1842 is included in the list of Recent species by Horowitz, and a type specimen is located in the MNHN, Paris, but I have not seen this name in the "Iconographie", and there is little more information.
